can i give it -5 worst temp agency I've have personally ever gone to, very professional when you first walk into the door to sign up with them, but once you get placed into a job you are on your own. You call them during your first shift at a new place explaining you don't feel comfortable because the supervisor you were supposed to report to did not show up so get handed off to a supervisor that just got off a midnight shift and was pissed to be training you, swearing at you and throwing parts all over the floor i called Canadian Executive Search Group got on the phone with Michelle Peters who got me the job and she said stick it out. I did not personally feel safe at all so i left and signed out. I get a call 2 hours later saying i will not be paid for time at cascades. I called the temp agency asking why i would not be paid for my time she said because I walked out of my orientation. I didn't have an orientation which i pointed out, she then emailed apologizing saying she mixed me up with another client and I would be paid in full. I get my pay stub a week later and says they have taken a criminal back ground check even though I only worked there for 2 hours. I personally took the time to check into this and called cascades and they do not have any back ground checks done until you are hired on by the company. Going to be contacting head office about this! just giving anyone a heads up if your thinking of going here.
