this is the most disgusting pizza ever! Bought a pizza & returned it due to not being cooked. Had to go back to get another pizza & now its burnt & tastes beyond horrible. Didn't even get any money back only 50% off next pizza. NEVER GONNA EAT THEIR AGAIN! COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!

Best pizza place by far always fresh and delicious, portions are very generous. Staff is very pleasant. Hands down best in town.

One of my favourite pizza place in Fredericton, Tony pepperoni pizza is the perfect combination of fresh crisp crust, fine mozzarella cheese and great homemade sauce. If you get a single slice, it is the size of 1/4 XLarge pizza !!! Very friendly staff and fast delivery service...

I just ordered my first pizza for pick up from this place. This is also my first ever review of any restaurant as I am appalled at the way I was treated. It was such a bad experience that I am making my first ever review.
I picked up my large pizza for $31.00 assuming that the high price meant high quality. When I opened the thin crust 5 topping pizza, it was raw. I threw the pizza in the oven for 20 minutes and when I pulled it out it was barely cooked and still fell apart when held by the crust.
At this point, I phoned to tell them that I had a raw pizza and was cooking it myself. This is the first time in my life I have ever called to complain about food. They offered me a free pizza as long as I brought the uncooked pizza in and I declined as I didn't want to drive back for another pizza. I just wanted them to know they'd made a mistake so that they could turn their oven up or whatever was necessary. The girl on the phone then argued with me and said without proof she will not believe me, and kept offering me a free pizza if I brought it in. I declined again, and she transferred the phone call to a male employee because she could not believe it was a raw pizza. He offered to come pick up the pizza to see if it was raw, and again I declined because my only intention was to tell them the pizza was raw and not waste anymore time. He told me there is no way the pizza is raw and they want to pick it up to prove me wrong.
At this point, I decided I'd bring them the pizza. I pulled a slice out of my oven, still barely cooked, and drove it down to Tony Pepperonis. When I got there, I was angry.
I showed them the pizza, clearly uncooked, told them again that I do not want anything for free, and that I just want them to admit that they gave me an uncooked pizza. One male employee insisted the pizza was crispy that I picked up and the female kept saying that without the full pizza there is no proof. They all declined to comment on the hot-from-the-oven, floppy slice, of their pizza, I had in my hand.
Both employees interrupted me over and over and argued and argued and kept telling me I'm wrong and that the pizza was cooked that they gave me, and at this point I was frustrated and told them to keep their effing pizza and that they will be my first ever restaurant review.
I walked out the door, and they followed me out and said they'd call the cops because I said the F word, and they read off my license plate. I repeat: they threatened to call the police because I swore at them about their pizza being uncooked. I have never been so upset with someone in my life that I've had to swear at them. That's not the type of person I am.
Worst service and worst pizza I have ever received. I see they have good reviews and cannot believe the experience I just had. What a shame.
I bet the pizza is great if it's cooked and served with proper customer service!
Also, the pizza was good after 45 minutes in my oven at home.
