After not having been at St. Hubert in Fredericton in a long time I had a craving and convinced my bf that we should go-rather than Swiss Chalet which we frequent all of the time. Well, times have changed there--again! Definitely a fast order-with a changed and higher priced menu. We put in our order and got our drinks at the pop machine...routine and chose a table with our table tracker. So, the order was delivered but I had to search out cutlery which I only noticed on other 'empty' tables and figured it should've been on our table. Shouldn't our "waiter" have noticed that we had no cutlery or napkins??
After starting on our meal I noticed that the edges of the table was sticky. No staff as a bus person?? And the coleslaw which honestly is the main reason I liked St. Hubert was totally off. No flavor whatsoever. I always choose the vinegar coleslaw (and because bf doesn't like coleslaw I have his as well). I think there used to be celery seed/salt in it and didn't see one at all.
My bf noticed at least 3 other tables had to seek out cutlery as well which included the family which sat in the next booth to us. But they had to "sweep" off the residue of the previous patrons. My bf never complains about anything but he was just totally amazed at the lack of cleanliness and lack of details.
As much as I liked St. Hubert I think I will wait until I go to the Moncton location again because at least they continually help their patrons. It will be a long time before we go again in Fredericton.

Food was good. Ordered a rotisserie garden salad and a fountain drink , very over priced for size of the salad 17$ .!!!! Woman's bathroom was filthy, absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!! So gross, I hope the kitchen itsnt as filthy as the washrooms .

Good services. Food are excellent. New system for delivery at the table. Was clean when I was there.
