Individuals who choose to work in the not-for-profit or charitable sector often are making a life style choice that results in a positive feeling of contributing to society and a meaningful work life balance.
Unfortunately it also often means accepting that the organization you work for may be unlikely to provide benefits or other perks often found in corporate or private employment.
I chose the positive environment and work life balance five years ago when I moved into the not-for-profit industry. I did, however, struggle with compensating my employees fairly and the lack of benefits available for my existing staff and when recruiting for positions.
Kyle Fenrich and Fenrich Financial brought to me a solution that was overwhelmingly accepted by our volunteer board. He has given us the opportunity to provide a needed service to our employees and has increased our ability to recruit and retain talented people to our organization.
Not only did Fenrich Financial find a solution that worked for not-for-profits – they offered us an excellent program that was affordable and consistent. The benefit of signing up for the Chamber of Commerce plan (offered by Fenrich Financial) was explained clearly and concisely.
Kyle and his staff are easy to work with, and made the set up and management of a benefits system seamless. I would highly recommend them to any small business or not-for-profit who has accepted the lack of benefits as a necessary evil. Solutions do exist –and a great Edmonton based company that cares about their clients exists to bring them to you.
I would be honoured to speak about my experience with Fenrich Financial to any companies considering them.
