I went to gents Bella back in September to get my hair done. While I was sitting in the chair with a head full of foils/ombré the power went out :( the hair dresser proceeded to wait and let my hair process a bit more and then started saying things like "I hope the water doesn't run out" "we might not be able to was the bleach out" since it was my first time there it made me nervous and she then asked me if I would rather my high lights be more of a caramel than a blonde- I said that was fine and she wished my hair. I was getting a bob cut and she said she couldn't cut the hair unless it was dry- and I said that was fine cause I get it the cut needs to be done dry. They took my cc number and asked if I could come back tomorrow, which I said was fine, and they said they wouldn't charge my cc it was just a safe guard, incase I didn't come back. I was planning on going back to get the cut done. But they never called me to book me back in later that day and when I finally called to get back into see the stylist to have her do the cut- which sucks btw, it was a bad dye job- my blonde 'caramel' is brassy and the cut it too blunt. I told her to thin the cut out a bit but she said 'she didn't want to cause my hair was thin and you'd see the cut marks' ummm what? You've supposedly got 15 years experience and you don't know how to blend a cut??? Anyways, they charged my cc the same day the power was out and when I went back, they charged me AGAIN!!! This place is garbage. If there is a good place to have your hair done out here, someone please let me know 🙄

Just had my whole friends birthday gift ruined by Genta Bella. I had it booked for Saturday and I called and changed it to Friday instead and just got my reminder call for tomorrow for my friend and I to get a pedicure and they changed it to TWO DIFFERENT TIMES!!!
My husband spends hundreds of dollars a year there on gift cards, but not any more! I told him don't ever buy we a gift card from there again, I won't ever go there again. Thanks for ruining my friends birthday Genta Bella.

Excellent pedicure, so much better than your non-spa type! It is nice to treat yourself every so often. Micro-facial was wonderful. Sefrina is great!

I meant to send a thank you to the Gente Bella staff and specifically the Facebook administrator who puts up the deals. Along with her and Angela I had an amazing experience at my massage. From the top of my head to the tips of my toes, I was relaxed and well taken care of. will definitely be going again and always recommend their services.
