THIS PLACE NO LONGER EXISTS!! I booked an appointment for a massage online and when I went for my appointment the original building has been torn down and the new address is a store called Billie Tuesdays who has no idea what happened to the spa. There is no indication on their website and there phone still rings but goes to voicemail. Do not book here. I was really looking forward to my massage and wish I had any sort of warning and didn't waste my only day off.

This spa though located in one of the best and elite locality of Calgary uptown, is the most inconvenient for parking and eventually I lost my appointment for that day . The story goes this way, I had my appointment at 2.00pm and was there by 1.30 pm. The spa only has parking for the customers in the back alley , may be just one or 2 . It so happened there was only one parking that day and one huge truck blocking almost 4 shops area , of the alley . I waited for the truck to clear but after 10 minutes my patience was diminishing. there was line up of 2 other cars , but I guess they were regular cars in that area and found some kind of detour or other parking spots. I stepped out and asked the owner of the spa to help me out with the parking as I was new and had my first ever appointment there . She said ask the driver to move , cos he was her neighbour and she probably knew that he will take long time . I was probably not so dumb to wait till her suggestion came along , which means I had already asked the driver and he said it would be 5 more minutes , it was already 1.50 by the time I talked with the spa owner and asked for any alternate parking . in the front of her store it seems at 3.00 pm they tow away the cars !! that's what she said ,She seemed very rude and NON CO-OPERATIVE DURING THE WHOLE SENARIO .She did not at all suggest any kind of alternate , EVEN PAID parking , rather she asked me at 2.00pm weather I will be able to come in for the massage or she can leave !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That was just an height of the customer service . I was in the middle of a parking mess ,I requested her , if she wait for next 10 minutes or request one of her neighbours to let me PARK in their alley , and I can PAY THEM , SO BY THAT WAY I can keep my appointment . I was rudely denied . That huge truck driver had disappeared by now and for some reason even till 2.15 he did not show up , I went to his so called shop from where I saw him coming out once , and they said the truck is broken and will need a mechanic !!!!!!!!! I went and parked in a spot far away on the road,which was paid and by the time I returned it was 2.30 pm and the LADY , i.e. owner of the spa had left !! I had paid for this appointment and now I am returning with NO massage , and paying for the parking !! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE , I will not at all recommend it to any one .
