Fantastic job! It was a spectacular massage, my RMT (Kelly) felt like she had about 8 hands. I'm definitely planning on going back!

I booked a couple massages for 1 hr, but receptionist didn't tell that it's in Fairmont ;we went to the other one in Le Garmian. And receptionist there sent us at fairmont Palliser and of course it took us about 15 minutes to got there . Ya Place was nice ,but we only got 40 minutes massages instead 1hr and we paid full amount; definitely not satisfied. They should make it clear about location if they have two locations side by side. Very disappointed!

Great massage spa. Couples massage by Clayton Neddo and Myphuong Santos were one of the best we ever had. RnR shares facilities with Fairmont Palliser Hotel, so you can use swimming pool, hot tub and steam room. Make sure you arrive one or two hours prior your massage appointment, so you can enjoy heat and water. Parking is free for 3 hours, just pass the key to the valet at the hotel entrance, get the ticket and don't forget to stamp it at the reception when you leave the spa.

Went there for an express spa package my friends gave me for my birthday. My massage was amazing from Malory. Usually they are painful for me but she used the appropriate pressure and it was fantastic. Got a facial, foot massage and manicure from Naomi. Naomi was awesome. She made the experience for me so comfortable. My face feels amazing. First time ever getting a facial and it turned out great. I have to come back for the eminents facial. I'm obsessed. I loved my rose gold nail colour that she helped me choose out too. Seriously wanted to stay there forever. I will definitely be back for an hour.

This spa isn't bad - but for its price point I think there is better. Although I have never had a bad treatment or massage here, the ambience is definitely lacking. The waiting area is quite public to the hotels guests, and the sauna and pool are public as well. So, if you were planning to sit in the hot tub for a few quiet moments before your treatment, your quiet is likely to be interrupted by screaming kids in the pool.
