Absolutely amazingly delicious food!
Great atmosphere
I love coming here. My first Nandos experience was in Namibia Africa, and I'm forever hooked.
The only thing I would suggest is getting the tables and wood floor resurfaced as they tend to collect grease.

Ordered from skip the dishes, took an hour for delivery and the food arrived ice cold and soggy. I called and complained to a manger, and she took absolutely no responsibility for the issue. She said it must have been the drivers fault and I had better complain to skip the dishes because it's not the restaurants problem. I just spent $50 on a takeout order that is disgusting and soggy, and the manager isn't willing to do a thing, I won't be spending my money here again.

I contacted skip the dishes and they confirmed via GPS history that my delivery driver picked up my order and delivered it within 15 minutes. I sent an email to Nando's Canadian HQ and was offered a repeat of my order for free. I went in person to pick up my order, a manager came and okay'd it. I should mention I placed this repeat order to go. As I sat waiting, for my food, I noticed that everyone else who came and sat down in the waiting area after me was being handed their food and leaving in a timely manner. After waiting for 30 minutes, I went up to the counter to inquire about my order, the host looked around and handed me a bag of chicken that I spotted being placed on the counter about 10 minutes prior. I got another cold meal to make up for receiving a cold meal. I didn't make an issue of it at the store because I was not interested in having them make up for it with another cold meal. Just know that I will never come back and I will warn everyone I know away from this place.

Walked in and the staff was super friendly even with about 1 hour until closing time. Food was delicious as always. We love Nando’s whenever we can find them. Food quality was on par with London, Vancouver and Sydney.

Very small portions. Not my favourite chicken, too greasy. Their garlic mashed potato doesn't taste so good. The only thing that I really liked was the garlic bread! It can get Too crowded at the counter when ordering. Friendly staff. Love the atmosphere and decor though. Missing the Afro-Portuguese vibe and some good music.

This is a tough one to rate. First and foremost:
The food is excellent. In fact, I will state for the record that my order of chicken was the best poultry I have ever eaten. The sides of corn and spiced rice were also excellent and the self-serve bottomless soft drinks was wonderful. So many flavors to choose from.
But...
The restaurant is organized chaos. It is loud and brash and there is no discipline enforced by the staff. Kids running amok, people spilling food on the floor...it was easy to get run over if you weren't careful. And for the price of your meal, one might expect the staff to lay down a few rules for unruly patrons.
We will probably never visit this restaurant again as sit down guests, but the food is worth the take out. Call ahead or use STD and eat at home. That way you can enjoy their excellent food without risking being bowled over my some stranger's kids.
