This is the friendliest store to shop at. I've never once met a grumpy staff member, on the contrary, most staff are very chatty and sweet. I always leave with a smile. Kudos to the staff and management at this store!

My boyfriend just came back from the grocery shop telling me he was asked to leave the CO-OP where we go shopping regularly. WHAT THE HECK?! He's feeling down, frustrated and angry and doesn't understand what happened to him. I had to ask him many times what happened precisely because I couldn't believe what he was saying.
He went to buy chocolate for me so I could prepare declicious coconut & chocolate bouchées. He couldn't find any dark chocolate bars in the store shelves and asked an employee who told him he might have some in the back. So my boyfriend waited for him, going back and forth between the alleys looking for other products. Probably 5-10 minutes later, a woman came to my boyfriend telling him he had to leave the store. He doesn't speak very well english so he asked her to repeat and told her he was awaiting an employee. He tried to understand why he was asked to leave the store and the woman insisted, telling him he had to put back the products and leave the store, threatening him to call the police. My boyfriend is convinced another client who was starring at him told the woman he was suspicious because he was going back and forth in the lanes. He is frustrated because no one was hearing what he had to say.
My boyfriend and I are shocked!!! This never ever happened to him in France and never ever thought this would happen to him in Canada. What a shame to treat clients that way!!!! For sure, we will never put back one foot in a CO-OP shop again!!
