So I booked an appointment for a signature pedicure, which is a little priceier then normal. The woman I got was very pleasant but 2.5 hours is a little much for a pedicure. Not to mention when it costs $100 they better be worth it and she wasn't. The polish was clumping and she said I guess I'll have to add some thinner when we're done, how about you do it now so my nails don't look horrible, prior to this I asked for a design which I always get she said yes I can do that, it looked like a 5 year old did my toes. Honestly I understand new employees with less experience but don't put them with someone who is paying top dollar for the service. Super unhappy right now.

I booked a hair and makeup appointment at the salon for prom. The hair service was great and my stylist was lovely, that reason only is why I am giving this place two stars. I'm not sure what kind of experience my makeup artist (not sure that I would even consider her an artist) had or where she got her certification but I was very disappointed. I asked for a smoky eye with a wing liner and not only was the shadow not blended but the winged liner was uneven and done with a waterline pencil. On top of that I asked for a berry lip colour, which she claimed they didn't have even though I could see it sitting in the holder. I left very disappointed and had to basically redo the makeup that I payed a lot of money for. The person doing my makeup also had a very harsh, orange contour, which should have been a red flag for me not to let her touch my face. She was a bigger girl but unfortunately I didn't get her name. Thank you to the stylist with short spikey hair, you rock!

I dont know if a busniess should take a chemcial burn to an eye lightly but i guess polish does to only get the cost of the facial back is a far cry to what this incident cost would suggest people stay far away.
