Great staff - very friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring. They took the time to see my sick dog as a walk in and promptly gave her all the help she needed and brought her through a successful operation the next day. The Dr took the time to explain things to me fully and then meet with my boyfriend and I later to explain things to him. Highly recommend this vet office!

This place is a money grab.
I had my dog go in on a Friday after 48 hrs of diarrhea. They gave me a prescription which they said would harden the stool after 24 hrs. They said if it didn’t that they would have to send a decal exam off for another $60 on top of the $120 exam I paid for.
After 24 hrs my dog still has diarrhea. It’s been 4 days on antibiotics and get this, they wanna charge me another $60 to see the same Socorro for the same issue that they couldn’t resolve the first time. This place is a robbery.
This place is a money grab.

We've been bringing our pets here for years. Very great staff and comfortable atmosphere. Myself and my fur babies love it! (As much as anyone can like going to the doctor)

Top notch vet. I originally came to Barrie Vet hospital off of a recommendation. After meeting and having Dr. Mooda I am very impressed with them.

To all the staff at Barrie Veterinary Hospital you are angels, who not only keep our beloved pet families healthy and make them well when they are sick but also feel our loss when our pets pass away. The Wilson family knows this for a fact. Over the past 22 years Barrie Veterinary Hospital has given exceptional, loving care to all our pet family, and over those 22 years they have also help ease our pain when our loved ones passed over the rainbow bridge. Today Dr. Lawrence and staff went beyond trying to save our goofy, talkative, larger-than-life weimaraner Oscar and for that we say thank you and God bless you all.
