They go a bit too far being cheap with the free breakfast... No name cereal, tiny coffee cups, won't let you fill your travel mug with coffee, really? Room and value are great. Noise of guests travels easy in the rooms. They obviously had a hockey team staying and didn't much to attempt to control their noise well past midnight. All hotels should bank ministicks!

Rented the Romeo and Juliet suite for a nice place to stay as it looked really nice on the internet. The room was absolutely disgusting and there is a skylight that cannot be blackened and let's in daylight bright and early in the morning and you have over cast of street lights shining in at night time and makes the room very bright and hard to sleep in. I called downstairs to the front desk at 1 a.m. and the front desk clerk said there was not much he could do about it after acknowledging the problem. And in the morning when I asked the manager to come up to show her she just rolled her eyes and gave us attitude as well as the front desk clerk. Think to yourself that this could be you. I would go to another hotel if you go here you were warned and it's your fault if you're not happy

The information about the location was small, but professionally placed and easy to locate. The venue was clean, a little small, a little noisy from other events nearby, but the staff were kind and discreet and willing to turn the A/C on after the small room became insufferably warm and stuffy. However the amenities were great, clean and well taken care of. No complaints. But nothing to knock your socks off.

It was my wedding night and I called to see if I can check in early only to find out they switched our reservation to the night before. Only to then tell me they are fully booked. I left things with my wife to sort out and they found us a room. The room had a flood the night before so it smelled and the battery in the smoke detector was low so it beeped intermittently all through the night. They were very accommodating and I will say they did what they could to make us happy but still a one star after putting us through that on our wedding day.

Great rooms and housekeeping. Some of the staff are extremely snobby. Evening server/bartender made sure to comment about how me and daughter were two and we sit at a table with 4 place settings. There was no one else there! I felt uncomfortable and left. Front desk in the a.m. were both self righteous and rude, evening staff was very accommodating. But the snobby attitudes of the few affect a bunch in a hospitality setting. I have a small child and don't need any extra attitude.
