Terrible service and long wait times.
6 of us were there this Sunday for cheap beer and wings and to watch football. it took almost 10 minutes to get our drink orders and 4 of our wing orders were wrong and had to be sent back. one order was sent back twice because it was wrong each time, and when the manager came to ask why we wanted it taken off the bill since she sat there patiently for 45 minutes for her order to be corrected, he was very arrogant and raised his voice at us saying that the order was correct the first time but had to be made for a third time, which was not the case at all.
manager was an ass and the service was brutal. hopefully it finally gets shut down and something much better gets that location soon.

How do you leave less than one star?
We have been coming to this place for many years, two to three times a year on our way to Rama. Our bill is generally around $300 for the 4 of us and we always tip well beyond the standard. This place has an excellent location on the Barrie waterfront. Any bar would do well in this location. The last 3 visits we have notice a steady decline in customer service. On our last visit Sept 26th, 2017, we came across a very grumpy bar tender... not sure why didn't care, we were there for beer and food. It was around 5pm and their shifts were about to change and thought the next girl on would be refreshed and happy to be there. This one was just as grumpy maybe even more so. Not sure what is happening at this place maybe a lack of management or a high turn over in staff this past year.
Because service has become worse and worse at this bar we have started to sit at the bar hoping for more attentive service. This visit was the worst, no greeting when we came in and had to wait 10 minutes to order a beer. The bar tender stated that we could not order food yet because her shift was changing and we would need to wait for the next girl, it sounded reasonable. The next girl shows up 20 minutes later and proceeds to ignore everyone in the bar except for the two bar maids she is chatting up. Mean while there is just one other guy at the bar, 6 guys at a table and 4 guys out on the patio. That is every customer they currently have and we are all being ignored. I'd finally had enough waved the bar tender over paid our two beers and left for Rama. As we were leaving one of the guys from outside comes in begging for someone to come out and get their order going... he did not look impressed with the service either. What ever the reason for the crappy customer service it does not matter because there are so many other pubs in Barrie that we can spend our money at.
I believe it will only be a matter of time for this place to shutter... this will only be a good thing for Barrie. I am sure there are 10 other entrepreneurs waiting to snap up this location. When that happens, we will be back with our money before we lose it at Rama ;)

Bad service slow and not respectful. the waitress don't like her job, food was cold and she make us feel like we are not welcome. Don't recommend this location at all.

Best patio anywhere, super friendly staff ( ask to sit in Sarah's section best waitress there). Great beer deals.

Decent food but service was slow. Staff was friendly and attentive. Feels a lot creepier being there in person than I had thought of before I came. A place to go just to say you did but I probably won't return.
