The New and the bigger campus of Norton university which is one of the oldest and well-known private universities in Phnom Penh. The university has many major both sciences and social sciences, but the famous majors from this school are the architect, engineering, and IT for sciences, and Business for social science. The old campus was located near National Bank, another side of Phnom Penh city.
