Great service, top pricing. The car was great and everything went smoothly.
I picked up and left the car at the Varna Center office. My only frustration was that there was no parking or drop-off spot and I had to search for a parking spot for 40 minutes during the day, which is quite challenging in that part of the city.

I travel to Bulgaria and always had a decent experience until this year. The customer service representative that attended me when I returned the car was not professional and made me think twice before ever renting a car on this company again. His name is Anton. Not reasonable, rude and lied. I paid $100 Euro for additional insurance, I returned car a day before without asking for any refund, full tank of gas but because it was the same day the students started school in Varna it was difficult to find parking next to the office. I parked a little far but he said he cannot get the car from there. "I should go in circles and find a parking near the office". I did that and after some hours found a spot next to the office. The he came and said the tank was not full so I have to drive again and fill it in. The gas that I spent traveling around for a parking spot. I asked to talk to the manager and he did not want to give me that chance. I offered him 20 levs to top whatever we spend which I am sure was less than 4 levs, and he said the car might need more gas because it was a big car. Later that evening I came back there and the car was still park the same way I let it. He simply took the money and I ended up with a bad taste. Be careful, and if you can look for other company first.

Very close to the airport. There was a man waiting at the arrival with a sign who directed us to the shuttle. We did not wait for the shuttle at all. The papers were done quickly and we had a good car + a car seat. The staff is very friendly. We will use it again next year.

It was the second time I was using your company and was as fully satisfied as at the first use.
Everything was perfect - car condition, check in, check out, airport transfer. Staff was helpful and nice.

I've used this car rental company twice so far and they've been extremely professional and polite. I'm more than happy to recommend this car hire company because of their professionalism, the brand new cars and great staff!
