Very expensive which doesn’t match neither the quality nor the service they provide! Surely won’t come again and definitely won’t recommend to friends!

המקום בסדר... הארוחת בוקר כל בוקר אותו הדבר, ירקות, חביתה עם נקניק, נקניק, ממרחים וטוסט. אין שוקו לילדים אבל מסתדרים. כשנמצאים במקלחת היא מרטיבה את כל החדר שירותים, ששם נמצאים גם השירותים וגם הכיור. החדרים מרווחים והמיטות נוחות. סה"כ המלון בסדר.

Хотела е много хубав, обслужването е на ниво. Лошото е, че има недостиг на персонала в ресторанта и нещата стават бавно. По време на престоя ми нямах ТВ и интернет.

The hotel is really nice with very helpful and acommodating staff. Clean and quiet, lovely view from the balcony.

Things drastically change in the restaurant:
Staff is smoking inside (the "manager" explained that we had to particularly request non smoking indoors even though smoking in closed public space is illegal in Bulgaria...)
Food comes out cold (IF and WHEN it comes out. Staff is too busy smoking, I guess). Took us over 2 hours to get served - salads, fries, meat balls and grilled cheese... nothing fancy or complex to prepare.
Waiters and the so called "manager" are rude and ignorant. Example - when I tried to inquire about the missing food and the girl smoking behind the bar, I was asked how much did I have to drink and whether I was imagining things!!! Zero consern about the customer. Not to mention, the first guy I talked to, was a waiter pretending to be the manager!!! The same person threatened me with security and physical violence!!!
And this whole circus performance took place in front of our 4 kids... who ended up going to bed hungry. I am still furious even while typing.

Btw, no English spoken there, so if you don't have a local person with you, don't even bother...

My suggestion to the hotel managers is to sort the ridiculousness of the other business they are attached to, as the hotel is located in a pretty isolated area, and THAT restaurant is the first logical choise for food for their guests...

Anyways, we are not visiting ever again.

The rooms are awful, breakfast starts at 09:30, no towel in one one of our rooms and the flush wasnt working in another one. The personel can hardly speak English... Stay away...
