Comida muy rica y tradicional, pero el ámbiente es muy pequeño y muy abarrotado, y por fuera del restaurante es muy sucio e antihigiénico.

If you're interested in experiencing a local traditional dish, it doesn't get much better than K'alapurka, boiling rock soup. And although there are several places in Potosí that serve it, many locals prefer the dish served up at Doña Eugenia's.
