Very fast and professional service. Very fast response time (by email at least) compared to other insurance companies (with others you have to wait for weeks). Staff is always happy to converse in english if the customer is a foreigner. Would definitely like to do business again.

Very disappointed. I called them to receive an offer and they told me that they cannot because I never was insured in Belgium. Of course not because I just got the job here! Very surprise since I never had any accicents. I don't know if the European Commission is aware of this practice.
