Sat there for 45 minutes and no one greeted or even acknowledged my presence. Had to grab my own menu from the counter and had to flag a server down before I was able to order anything. Is this normal? It's only my first day here so maybe I just don't know what's expected of me as a customer buy this place was awful in comparison to everywhere else I've been in Europe. Food was fine but the service was by far the worst I've ever experienced.

Spacious and bright, slightly industrial decor with old school school furniture :) but friendly and welcoming at the same time. The stuff is nice and attentive. A good place for a meal, a drink, meeting friends or hot desking. A good selection of music playing in the background. There's a little corner for kids too, however, I've not seen many kids around.

It's seriously always perfect. Visited twice in January and twice this past September when back in Belgium. We always have one breakfast and one other meal here. My brother who lives in the US came with us last time and exclaimed how absolutely perfect the bacon was. I love their coffee and sweet they offer are equally amazing. For dinner, they have a large beer selection as well as other drinks and really great burgers, steaks and fries. REAL Belgian fries (which you wouldn't expect to be so hard to find in the city, but they really are) I can also recommend any cake or chocolate mousse that they have on offer. On top of the food, the staff is amazing. Some of the same employees were there back in January as well as the same manager they were as lovely as we remembered. Prompt, kind service and delicious food in an amazing location...What more do you need?

I just saw the bad reviews/comments and don't understand them.
This place is lovely and all the staff was smilling and charming.
The menu is simple, but everything we ordered was good.
They have veggie plates and burgers, a daily dish for 10€, Great beers, what else?
They have à big terrace for sunny days and really good music !
I would highly recommend if you are In the neighborhood !!!!!
