My new fiancé and I went to this restaurant on the first day of the Moods festival in Bruges. I specifically asked for a table out front when I made the reservation for 8 pm earlier that day around noon. We were sat at a table in the corner with no view. After ordering water and a tea and reviewing the menu we decided to eat somewhere else. The tea was 4 euros and it was Lipton -which is very cheap. The water came with no cap and it was barely 22 cl and cost 4 euros. After told the lady server that we weren't going to dine one of the male servers came by and said the tables are reserved for guests who eat. First of all we paid 4 euros for the 50 cent tea and 4 euros for the refilled water. This place is horrible. The staff is rude. This was quite literally the worst place I've ever been. I was ashamed to be here with my new fiancé.

Super rude stuff, absolutely unpleasant experience. They are lucky to have such a location and be in Brugge. If you have a choice where to go DON'T come here.

The food is good, but the staff is very unhelpful, almost bordering on rude. We asked for the food to be packed to be taken home and we were refused straightaway, later when we requested that we'd like to go Dutch on the bill we were again refused (very surprising since we are in Flanders).
The ambience and location is really good, the terrace and the interiors are warm. I only wish that the staff was atleast half as warm.
