I understand cancelation policiess but sometimes things don't go as you expect. We had 4 nights reserved that we needed to cut down to 2 but the hotel simply said no, they cannot refund us for the nights we wont be able to stay. For me it shows they dont really care. That is being greedy instead of havimg good customer service. So, take your money for your 4 nights, we are not going anymore and will make sure we will NOT recommend a place like yours to anyone.

It's a very nice hotel and the staff are more than happy to help out. The only down side is that it is about a 30 minutes walk from the centre, but the hotel does offer a taxi token whilst you're there at €10.

Stayed for one night, dinner and breakfast were great. Large selection to choose from. Bikes are locked away in a storage area. Happily stay there again

Great hotel. Only stopped one night but would definitely stop again. Friendly staff and good price too!

Very nice and clean, obviously a fairly new building. Great for cyclists (as you'd expect from the name) as is right on the cycle path. A little too far out to walk into the city centre but vouchers can be bought from reception for a €10 each way taxi ride, without these the meter was €15-17
