I was there with my family. The stairs are steep. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom little bit small but ok. The hotel is located in the center of the city, few minutes by walking to different attractions. The breakfast is marvelous, good choices but very tasty

Friendly staff, (I believe that this is a family business), but I think this hotel is more of an upscale B&B. The basement bar was not open during our weekday stay and there was no option for evening meals.
Buffet style continental breakfast included in the room rate. The breakfast is excellent. The breakfast room is elegant, mixing old and contemporary styles.
The Hotel is very clean and tidy, with modern, nicely decorated rooms and comfortable beds. The ventilation in our bathroom did not seem to be working, meaning that the room got very hot, steamy and airless.
If you have limited mobility then beware that the stairways are narrow, steep and dimly lit.
It's a lovely old building in a very quiet street, and only a few minutes on foot from the main market Square.
On street parking is very limited, but the hotel staff are able to reserve parking at a nearby modern and secure underground car park (5 minutes on foot), which is great for peace of mind. Ensure that you call ahead to reserve parking, just in case.

Been returning twice a year since the new owners took it over 2 years ago. Every time we arrive the welcome is like being a member of the family. If you are lucky to be there at the weekend the cellar bar is lovely. The breakfast is excellent with homemade jam, good coffee, as well as the normal selection of cheese,meat etc Will be returning in Oct hopefully.

Perfect location, short walking distance to the top sights in Bruges. Sleep comfort is superb, not to mention the amazing breakfast. The hosts were friendly and helpful, we all felt very-very good.

The hotel is well located in the old city centre in a silent street. The age-old house is impressive. In my room was the old wooden ceiling preserved. The style of the interior is in my taste a bit too eclectic. The room was clean but the status of renovation is not most modern. The ventilator in the bathroom made too much noise. The stuff was very helpful and friendly! They recommended for example restaurants and made reservations. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much. It includes for example fresh orange juice and some homemade Belgium suits as well as homemade marmalades.
