Everything went smoothly until the very end. We rented the car with the assistance of a pleasant English-speaking Avis representative. Unfortunately, the computers were down (which sounded to be a frequent problem) and that caused some frustration. We were pleased with our car and very much enjoyed the on-board GPS. Although we did not need it, we paid for the additional CDW insurance with no deductible. However, when we returned the car, we were shocked to find ourselves in a argument over additional charges for mileage. We specifically had been assured we had unlimited mileage. We were very disappointed that the manager, Sara, basically called us liars and was aggressive towards us. Apparently customer service is not appreciated at this location. We had no option but to pay since they just add it to the credit card. Perhaps we can warn some other traveler of our poor customer service experience. Beware of the 'unlimited' mileage.
