Had gereserveerd voor Valentijn van 22 u tot middernacht wat bevestigd werd dat er nog plaats was en mijn reservatie werd vastgelegd. Om aan te komen in L'eau pure en te horen dat er iets was misgelopen in het systeem en dat ze dus een dubbele boeking gemaakt hadden. Helemaal niet fijn als je voor 40 euro de taxi pakt voor helemaal niets. Niet eens een kortingsbon gekregen ter waarde van mijn taxi rit, maar enkel een stomme bodyscrub! Hier kom ik zeker en vast niet meer!

Geweldige privé sauna!
Het was proper, mooi, warm, en had alles wat het moest hebben.
Wij hadden unit 2, met het zwembad in U vorm, een echte aanrader!
Je kan hier makkelijk ook met groepen naartoe.
Het personeel was vriendelijk en heeft ons alles uitgelegd. Je kan hier zelfs je eigen muziek afspelen op de installatie (Bluetooth, CD, USB)...
Wij komen hier zeker terug!
Wel oppassen dat je hier niet met bankkaart kan betalen (dit werd ons voor het bezoek per mail gemeld).

The owner was very unfriendly during the booking, my boyfriend called him and he said it was impossible to make a booking that night. FIve minutes later I called him (with another number) and there suddenly was no problem at all.
We arrived to the helping desk and spoke to a woman who bearly spoke english let alone dutch. It was very unclear whether we had to pay the drinks in the morning or if she was going to send us the bill later (she had our adress, name, everything she needed).
Morning after we returned home before 10a.m. like requested and in the afternoon the guy who talked to us the first time was yelling on the phone that we had to come back before 22hs to pay the drinks or he would call the police. He also claimed we opened a bottle of wine we didn't open. We only opened a bottle of cava and that's it. He also said that if we wouldn't get there in time, he'd say we didn't even pay for the loft itself (but since there are camera's in the lobby, we are pretty certain they will show that we did pay).
Moreover, we're going back to the sauna tonight but we're absolutely not paying for the wine we didn't open. He can call the police and say we opened the bottle and didn't pay for the loft but I have read other comments as well and HE HAS DONE THIS BEFORE. Two other people already left a comment that they had to pay for things they hadn't used and seven people already left a comment that this man was very unfriendly.

I had an emergency and couldnt make it to the sauna, they chared me more then the actual sauna price was. Originally i was supposed to pay 80euro, but then the boss asked me in a most unfriendly manner to pay 125euro + 50euro + 10%, this has been the worst sauna service I have ever experienced. At this sauna is absolutly no service and they only want your money. I couldnt cancel the booking at other way then by mail and it is not the customers mistake if they dont check their mails in time. Once of the worst Belgium experiences I have had. I would advice to go to Ambient Sauna or Sparein in Beveren those are always tip top!
