Ich bin mit meinen Tieren (Katzen und Katers) seit 1992 "Patientin" von Frau Dr. Reisinger. Sie ist und war immer ein besonderer Engel, ihre fachliche Kompetenz und ihre Sensibilität sind unübertroffen. Wartezeiten bis zu zwei Stunden hatte man gerne in Kaufgenommen. Dazu kommt noch, dass sie für ihre Leistung immer - recht unwillig, gleichsam verschämt - nur wenige Euros verlangt hatte, was mir schon wieder peinlich war .
Nun hat sie ihre Praxis Frau Mag. Alexandra Jost übergeben. Zunächst ein seelisches Tief von mir: wie wird das sein?? - Ja, ich wurde rasch eines Besseren belehrt: Sie geht so liebevoll mit ihren Patienten um, ist selber ein großartiger Mensch , der um das Leben ihrer kleinen Patientinnen und Patienten genauso kämpft wie Dr. Reisinger. Sie ist eine sehr gute Diagnostikerin, hat gleich ein Blutbild von meinem Kater gemacht und mir genauestens erklärt , wie man ihm helfen kann. Kater und ich sind fröhlich davongezogen . Dass Frau Mag.Jost jetzt "normal" übliche Tierarztpreise verlangt, ist nicht nur ihr gutes Recht, es entspricht auch den Auflagen der Ärztekammer. Ehrliche Frage: Was ist mir die Gesundheit meines Lieblings wert???? - Ich kann Frau Mag. Jost jedem, der sein Tier liebt, weiterempfehlen.

Dr. Reisinger herself will always have a 5 star rating from us...but it is an absolute tragedy what the new care providers have done to Dr. Reisinger's vet practice in her absence. Deceptive tactics, not fully explaning additional recommended procedures during what began as a simple blood test for one parameter which turned into a full blood panel without my knowledge to add extra surprise costs at the end, then quoting one price over the phone for a treatment then asking a different price after the treatment is performed, offering a free sample of a certain food even after I insisted I dont want it because my cat won't eat that type and then finding that they actually charged me for it on my receipt. Dr. Reisinger is the ultimately pure altruistic veterinarian who gives 1000% of her time and energy to help all animals because she is a true animal lover, not to get rich. Yes she asked for prices which were actually way too low, and we even offered to pay more a few times because we guessed that some people might takr advantage of her kind nature, so we did not expect that the new person will have the same extremely cheap fees, but for them to go so far in the other direction where they are clearly just money hungry and even dishonest and lying about what was agreed is just unforgiveavle. Fr. Dr. Reisinger is competent, professional, and loving and has taken wonderful care of all of our animals for the past 7 years, serious surgeries, emergencies, routine vaccines, everything done with expertise and love. Recently due to working herself too hard probably for all of our fur-babies, she had to take time off to concentrate on her own health and this new person was supposed to fill her shoes... I would not recommend going to this new vet unless and until Fr. Dr. Reisinger herself is ever able to return to her practice.

One of the best veterinarians that I have ever encountered, love for the animals is pure and good hearted. Highly recommended 🐕👍

I went to the office of Mrs. Reisinger with my cat because she coudnt eat because of a dental infection. Instead of being treated properly with antibiotics after a treatment regimen, Ms. Reinsinger decided to extract seven teeths. Cat's trigeminal nerve is affected, she cant no longer feels the right side of the head, not seeing with the right eye and the inner ear is affected. She has no balance. . A laboratory analysis misinterpreted saying positive toxoplasmosis. Actually the test is negative. For vaccines and simple medical problems can be ok, but I do not recommend to go to this office for more complicated problems with your animals.

super friendly, veterinarian with heart and soul, does it for the love of it and not for the money.. her pricing is the most humane I have ever encountered with veterinerians! More than satisfied. p.s. she is reachable day and night for emergencies and even open on sundays and holidays... pretty incredible
