We've been twice now, both times with vouchers. We had 2 schnitzels (1 pork, 1 turkey) and Spätzel (hazelnut, romanescu) the first time. The schnitzels were with vouchers (I believe for around 2.50 each), the Spätzel was full price (I believe around 7 euros. Sorry for the lack of detail, I should have written this up more quickly. I have no photos of this trip. The schnitzels were well cooked, good clean food. The fries they were served with were ok. I have to admit I'm not a fan of french fries. The value is impossible to complain about. The Spätzel, was in a different league in my view. I thought it was excellent and good value at full price.
Our 2nd visit we had vouchers and ordered 2 Seelachsfilets (2.50 each with a voucher). We received 1 Seelacshfilet and 1 Hühnerbrust schnitzel (1.50) so a mistake on the order. We didn't complain about it. Food was maybe slightly overcooked and not as good as the first visit, but it was nevertheless good clean food and great value.
Food quality then is good to very good. Value is excellent.
Now for the down side. On both occasions, despite there being empty tables, they were left dirty by staff and staff made no effort to clean them or to seat us. So we waited for a quite a while and sat down a bit annoyed both times. The service during the meals was good, friendly and professional. However, on both occasions we had to go looking for someone to settle the bill. I don't know how long we'd have had to wait if we hadn't done that, but it was clearly going to be a problem.
Because the food was good and the value excellent I'm going to give it a 3.5 out of 5. Areas of service are the key let downs for us. I'd go back for the spätzel. In fact I'd go back regardless if I was in the area.

Staff is terrible for the most part. Unable to use their own computer system, not able to find anything in the store, really slow workers,...
When I picked up my stuff they gave me the wrong items. Terrible experience that lasted way too long because it takes their staff forever to get anything done.
