Avoid this horrible place at all cost!
While the setting is indeed pretty, the staff are the worst in the (otherwise not known for high quality of service) city of Vienna.
Extremely unprofessional, unpleasant and even rude service. I was there with three friends for food and drinks. The manager first offered us two separate tables for two persons each and said that that's all we can have. Then we found a 4-person table on our own, placed our orders and waited for over half an hour, receiving our orders only after we reminded the waiter that we are still there. One of us asked for a glass of water and received a glass filled to exactly 1/3!
I approached the manager again, only to be told that he has no time for me!
After paying and telling the waitress that we had a very bad experience, she only nodded knowingly and said "I know".
Oh, and it's way overpriced.
