I have never written a review before but my experience here was so bad that I felt I had to warn people. 10 mins after arriving we had to ask a waiter to serve us. We ordered drinks (2 pints) which took another fifteen minutes to come. (There was no more than 10-15 people there and waiters weren't under pressure and were doing anything other than serving). A waiter then came to our table asking us if we wanted the Wi-Fi code and said he would return with it. He never returned to our table for the duration of our visit. At least 50 minutes after ordering our food, it arrived. My steak was raw and the pepper sauce I paid extra for had no pepper taste and was closer to soy sauce. We could not have left quicker after our meal. A more confident person would have refused to pay. I hate criticising people but I felt I needed to stop others wasting money here. You have been warned.

Waiters are too busy talking to each other than serving guests in this place. Went in for a dinner with my wife, only a dozen of guest or so, so two waiters not busy at all. After more than 10 minutes of waiting for a waiter to approach the table, I approached a male waiter myself and asked a honest question if I should order food at the counter. There are many places in Vienna where guests order food at the counter. Waiter gave rude reply and served people who had just arrived at the next table, intentionally ignoring me and my wife. He asked these people what they will have for a drink and went back to get it to them. Didn't even bother asking us the same question although we were sitting couple of meters far and he just finished "talking" to me. After 15 minutes of time waisted in this place, we got up and left. Incredibly unprofessional and rude service, if it can be called service.
