-helpful and friendly staff
-very rich breakfast options for all kinds of preferences
-very well positioned. You can just walk around it and reach places like:
--3 minutes walking distance to the tram
--10 mins walking distance to cafe central
which I highly recommend

The beds were very comfortable but the thermostat in our room didn't work, our room's windows faced a wall so there wasn't a lot of natural light, and the wifi was SOOOOOOO slow.

Great location! About a 15 minute walk to the central square, and 10 minutes to parliament. We had a double bed room, and the room layout was very cool. Hospitality and professionalism was 5 stars. And the European breakfast was pretty good.

Huge rooms with included breakfast was great. Hotel also offered free wifi. The best part was its proximity to many major attractions, and the surrounding area was quite beautiful.

NO PARKING!!!!!!!
Different booking sites have parking available, yes it's available in a public paid parking lot at 29 euro a night. If you have a car I would recommend you book a hotel that has parking included... I felt somewhat deceived by the advertising, another guest booking in as I was checking out had the same gripe.... the rooms are big but the old box TV highlights a lack of investment back into the hotel. Breakfast was good, beds good. This hotel would be fine for people with no car.. you can park for free on weekends only behind the hotel, limited spaces though. Disappointed the hotel staff failed to mention this and I had to go investigate alternative parking myself..
