I had a tooth decay without pain and I went here because of a friend's recommendation. The doctor ( who was very nice, though) looked into my mouth and made a huge list with all dental problems. The total cost: €16000. Firstly, I am a student and I can't afford this Hollywood style prices, and secondly, I just had one tooth decay. When I asked him if we can start with that decay and then work on other teeth he said 'no'. Probably this dentist is good, but I can't give more than 2 stars for a dentist how makes me a €16000 treatment plan while I have ONE tooth decay.

Ich kann Herrn Dr. Belsky sehr empfehlen, nachdem ich eine Zahnarztodysee hinter mich gebracht hatte und niemand fähig war einen Kieferhöhlenverschluss zu machen der hält, hat es Herr Dr. Belsky mit einem Bichatlappen hinbekommen. Die Informationen über das Internet sind sehr wertvoll da es einem als Patienten zeigt was der Zahnarzt vom Patienten benötigt und so bessere Zusammenarbeit gewährleistet wird. Er ist definitiv ein Vorreiter in seinem Gebiet

AKUTTERMIN - 1 Monat Wartezeit!!!! Habe mit extremen Zahnschmerzen/ schon Kiefersperre um einen rascheren Termin gebeten.....Antwort:" Jo, leider geht ned anders....wieder hören!"

Arguably the rudest conversation I have had with a clinic (or any person for that matter) while making an appointment. I have never hung up on any person in my life but this time I could not help it.
Asking if I can make explain my situation in English over the phone should not be an offensive comment and should not beg this aggressive and impolite response. I have a health situation and I need to explain it, if you don't cater for non German speakers why would you have an English website???
I'd rather live with my tooth ache (I'd rather have my teeth pulled) then ever call to this clinic another time.
Reply to the owner's comment: Thank you for your apology. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the lady answering the phone, it was on Monday, April 11 between 9.30-10 AM. Her rude attitude did not by any means come from the lack of language skills. When she wanted to respond in English back to me, she actually managed well. However, she made it very clear that an English speaking client for her is not welcome and is rather an annoyance.
