bad gastein駅から無料送迎があるので電車で来る人は事前に予約した方が良いです。駅からホテル迄の道のりはアップダウンが激しいので荷物を持って歩ける感じではありません。 バードガシュタインの中心部までは1時間に1本の555番バスがあります。 部屋は広くてリノベーション済でwifiもわりと高速です。

Nice Hotel and Spa in the middle of the Alps. Large rooms. Very clean and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Very nice stay. Very friendly staff! Huge rooms in a beatiful valey by a river. Very quiet and relaxing.

I've been in this hotel almost 2 years ago, when its name was Europaischer Hof and it had 5 stars status. Nowadays, the name has changed, so did the status, - to 4 stars. Stiil I see no difference in quality and overall hotel facilities and services. Good location, free Wi-Fi (no password no login, very easy) though somewhat slow up to 5 Mbit/sec. Very convenient outside parking (free). Very good and really large swimming pool with water temperature of about 30 degrees Celsius (no chlorine smel). Breakfast is good, but nothing special.
Personnel is generally friendly which is always nice..
Rooms are good (somewhat old stylish though) and room rate is very attractive! (€75 single use).
Overall I've got very positive impression and assess the property as 5 stars hotel.
P.S. There is one drawback though and that is dogs/pets. It is allowed.. However I haven't heard anything disturbing and therefore do not downgrade otherwise veri nice hotel to 4 srars.
