I have been to many Nandos
And this was the WORST experience
Absolutely RUDEDEST man!
Every other nandos has been absolutely lovely to me
I asked for a bit more peri peri as I only received speckles, for my chips.
And this old man was so aggressive
I am a paying customer and very good customer for nandos. Never been given so little peri peri in my life or treated so disgustingly.
Every other nandos I have been are always polite and lovely and even greet me, unlike this nandos, not even a hello!!! This grumpy old man lets Nandos does big time!
This man should be more grateful for life and be happy to people and he might actually find people enjoy his presence! Even his staff seem scared of him. A horrid human being.

Great food and the young man that served me was very polite and went out of his way to ensure that he captured our order correctly (ordered for 6 people). Great atmosphere.

Don't know how to do customer service, very rude... have to wait long time just to have peri peri sauce. Though I love nando's but will not recommend Nando's at hume st., toowoomba at all. Worst experience of all time.

I am big fan of nandoos chips. But I had a bad experience here. The guy was there have no talking sance. I want to give zero star. I was very dishipoint for staff...
