Good food, great customer service. However this store dose get extremely busy at peak times, either drive-thru or in-store. The cleanliness of the dining area is good but not great. BUT they do a better job than the Wilsonton KFC.

Forgot half our order. We realised and rang ahead with receipt number so it could be rectified on our return. Waited 10minutes whilst 4 people failed to resolve the situation. Manager told staff member to "shut the window" when we enquired about the wait. I know they sell chicken for a living but a little more organisation and professionalism would have been appreciated. Won't return.
