Called up for a residential quote and spoke to Sarah at front desk. Was shopping around because retail insurers were over charging because I had an asbestos roof. Apparently this was too hard and they could not help me I was immediately told by Sarah. Called their competition and they were more than happy to help. Obviously I took my business else where and I would be reluctant to recommend anyone.
