Best country pub with super friendly publican and great chef. Really made our trip to Tamworth. Not your fancy 5 star pub but friendly service with a great feed and cold beer. What more could you want

If you want to eat the best and I do mean the best T bone steak, do yourself a favour and try the Nemingha Tavern, I would not give you two bob for the vegies but let me tell you the steak more than makes up for the vegies .
I have been a Butcher for over 20 years and sirloin part of the T bone was more tender than the fillet and it was cooked to perfection I kid you not.
If you want to eat the best and I do mean the best T bone steak, do yourself a favour and try the Nemingha Tavern, I would not give you two bob for the vegies but let me tell you the steak more than makes up for the vegies .
