Really the only way to get to Rotto, and pretty pricey at that. Not having any tea on the upward journey was really, really annoying.

The ferry service is okay but complicated because you have to swap boats. The bikes are badly maintained and the front wheel of my bike was blocked which ruined my day in Rottnest Island. Even I got 20 AUD refund I do not recommend booking with this company. When I brought my bike back and told a staff member about my problems he told me that the bike works perfectly and put it back to all the other bikes which means that the next person will also have those issues. However, Rottnest Island is a very pretty place and definetly worth going there. But for the high price of the tickets I expect a better experience.

A very easy and comfortable way to get to Rottnest Island. Good on-board facilities and an informative tour guide. No complaints.

Not the fastest way to get across to Rottnest Island but the vessels are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff made the journey memorable with utmost professionalism in their service delivery and rolling commentary as we headed up the Swan River.

The ferry service is all fine and good that you can bring your own bike (although for a fee of $15). However, the fact that they add an almost $20 holiday surcharge for Good Friday to your booking at the very final step in the process just before processing the payment is very deceptive conduct (if not criminal) in my book. If there is a higher price on certain days this should of course be reflected in the ticket price that you see at the start of the process.
