Purchased a $100 gift voucher online and never received it. I called the salon to see what happened and they told me they speak little English and never received my money and that they don't have an online purchasing system. Opened a dispute with PayPal and was refunded in full. Very annoying as it was for a gift for the next day and was unable to give it! Warning to those who are looking at buying gift vouchers online from them!

The best massage experience we have ever had. Took my daughter for her birthday and could not believe how accommodating they were. Not only was the massage a++ the hospitality and service was also a++

Bali Nature Spa is a clean, professional, friendly inviting service. As a walk-in new client, I was quickly greeted and made to feel welcome. My therapist, Risa, was Excellent! I recommend BNS and, especially, Risa to you, whether you are a Perth local or visitor to this wonderful city.
