Amazing Gnocchi staff knowledge and authentic food was delicious as too was the awsome wine list. Need to book ahead even 2mths before extremely popular place. Romantica e bella

I wish there were more than 5 stars. Have been going there for 10 years and it has never disappointed. The setting is beautiful, and the atmosphere perfect fo a romantic night. The staff are well trained and friendly, and the food is unbelievable. Divine slow cooked meat, antipasto, extensive wine list, delicious desserts, that place is heaven. For me it is the best and finest restaurant in Perth. It beats restaurants that are much more expensive and posh.
To reply to a comment below, the fact there are not 300 meals on the menu is to me a sign of maturity and authenticity.

My partner and I are from Sydney and were recommended to come here. We fell in love with this place. From the homemade bread, homemade pasta, the eggplant to die for and the tirimisu, it was truly the best Italian we have had for a long time. The waiters also provided an exceptional service. We also found out that the Sicilian chef was also the owner so that says it all. His passion was certainly evident. To all foodies, very highly recommend.

Setting was very good.
The service was OK - had to remind them of things undelivered.
The menu is VERY limited - one fish dish, one chicken dish, one lamb dish and one ribs dish. Also about four pasta dishes.
The food itself was tasty, but nothing to rave about.
All-in-all a very mediocre dining experience.
