Had a terrible experience here this morning. Went in for breakfast with my partner and friend and ordered the steak n eggs and the potato croquettes. My friend ordered after me and got the smashed avocado. There was less than 10 people in the cafe when we ordered. Coffee came out and then my friends smashed Avo came out. 20 mins later and we were still waiting... Asked the waitress and she went to check. There was 4 dockets before ours... But we ordered before everyone there. Asked for our money back as we had to go and my friend had eaten hers. The manager was apologetic and gave us a refund. But we had no breakfast. I am a restaurant manager and my partner is a chef, so even more disappointing that we got pushed to the end for some reason. The chef or cook should have come out and apologised, it's not the staffs fault that they couldn't get their act together... Will not go there again. There was 30 other cafes we could have gone to, but chose this place for its menu.

The staff are amazing! Good old fashioned hospitality and service. If only everyone was this service orientated in Vic. Park. Make their own turmeric latte mix, best decaf (yeah I know, I have allergies ok) and this thing called a chocolate ricotta muffin! OMFG eat the muffin!

Good food but not super pretentious. They do cater to health woo enthusiasts a little bit by offering a lot of gluten free etc but they have plenty of options. They make a pretty good sandwich and the cold brew coffee is decent too.
