Worst experience ever.First to get into branch and still waited 15 mins to be served. All 3 customer service staffs are too busy chatting instead of serving.

Compared to other banks I go to, waiting and processing time is quite long and slow even just for daily deposit or getting changes.
I wish I can change to NAB or Commonwealth Bank
