I went back and forth trying to sort out an urgent dispute with them for three weeks! It was until I made a personal effort and took the matter in my own hands to retrieve my incorrectly transferred money that I got it back. If you have a real problem, other than stuff you can do over an ATM, you are better off going to a different branch
