This is probably one of the most unprofessional car rental companies I ever came across. After sending back and forth emails they piece by piece revealed extra costs here, surcharges there, additional payments needed there... and within nineteen (!) emails I was still not able to get a full, comprehensive quote and some kind of booking confirmation. I have no idea if the owner knows about the poor quality of his staff, but maybe this post helps and she/he will read through my email thread and either qualify the staff or replace with qualified people.

It was my 10 year anniversary and I wanted to do something special for my partner. I hired the Porsche Boxster from the Redcliffe office. It was an amazing vehicle and great service from the team. They delivered it and collected it from my house.

From start to finish the team at Redcliffe was very helpful, I’d never hired a vehicle before and wasn’t sure what to expected. They made it very simple and easy.

Thank you to the Redcliffe office for the great service, the free shuttle service was very convenient. When I landed all, I had to do was call the office and someone was there to collect me within 5 minutes.

Great vehicles and very clean however we hired one of the more luxurious vehicles that required a higher bond (which we were fine to pay) The issue is that once you return the vehicle it takes over a week for them to return your bond even when they say they would process it on the day the vehicle was returned. It's frustrating when it's over $1,000 of your own money that you have to wait over a week to get back.
