All staff have been extremely helpful. We have our 6mth old baby and nothing is too much trouble. Our room is large with a beautiful bathroom and spa, plenty of places to eat with baby. Atrium all you can eat buffee was a must!

Based on the fact they market this hotel as 5 star, I will give it 1 star. It took 20 minutes to check in and there was no bell or concierge onservice so we had to take our own bags to our room. The buffet breakfast is nice, but took 2 days to learn where the omlete chef was and was charged extra for coffee. Don't bother with the French Bistro, it is over priced and the service is very poor, but that seems to be the overall theme throughout. The only good part was the pub, the beer and food was good, though more expensive than in town. Overall, expensive and crappy service.

Beautiful place although not the most convenient to park at so plan ahead. The foyer is classy and comfortable with a great choice of bars and restaurants near by.

Wonderful hotel, lovely staff, fabulous service! I would love to stay again. Exceptional deal via the Crown Direct site...you should check it out.
