They always treated my cat really well and in a genuine way. They loved him, "a real cutie" he was a male tabby who loved attention.
Out of the blue one day he collapsed. I took him straight here and a scan revealed a massive liver tumour that had caused total hepatic failure. I had to euthanase him, I couldnt stand his pain and glassy thousand yard stare. They gave me plenty of time to say goodbye which was heart rending and I didnt want to extend his pain. They let me hold him when they euthanised him. The nurse had a few tears.
I suffer from major treatment resistant depression, and my cat always knew when I needed help, affection, or just company. He saved my life. He was 15 years old and I miss him every day.

We took our 3 cavalier puppies today to meet dr Chanelle. She couldn't have been nicer and given us more time and care if she had tried. My daughter's a vet and I'm in the medical field so pretty demanding and I was super impressed. I would highly recommend the clinic and her.

Excellent vets and a great cattery. They spend time with the cats every day get them out of their little rooms.y girls had never been to a cattery before and the staff allayed my fears with a photo or two of them settled in and playing with the staff. Very caring.

Georgea our cat loves this cattery. The staff are nothing short of exceptional. The only problem we have now is when we go to pick her up she does not want to come home.... Truly great care from staff who genuinely love animals.
