Sharon wildlife, We are sorry that your experience was not a good one at the time of your visit. It would of been great if you had called the salon and notified management so we could rectify the problem you seemed to have.
We can assure you and all our clients that our salon is 100% dedicated to giving honest, sanitary, reliable and knowledgeable service all day everyday. The girls take Pride in what they do and this industry is their passion.

There has been a change of management and there has been no advertising to say so. Disappointing!! The salon which was once spotlessly clean and professional is now nowhere near as good as it was. Staff are friendly, but they do not seem organised or well trained. I did not recognise one face, after being out of the country for six months. Back to the drawing board for a good salon, as the prices charged I thought I deserved a better experience.

Can't say enough good things about POUT-A-LICIOUS. The team here have cured decades-old skin issues using skin treatment programs created just for me as well as keeping me looking neat with all the monthly basics. LOVE!
