I have been to a lot of day spas, and this place, hands down is the best day spa I have ever been to. I was given a voucher 5 years ago and have been going back ever since. The massages are phenomenal and you can claim your health care rebate too! I have also recently discovered their facials which are equally as amazing! Also, when I book online, I don't worry about selecting a therapist because I had tried them all, and they are all wonderful! Highly recommend it!

The worst experience I've ever had here! I went for a massage here and my back was getting destroyed by an unqualified "professional"! I tried telling her to soften up a bit but she told me to was 'good for my back'?? Since when do employees know what's best for the customer? I had to stop the massage midway because it was getting so bad.
I also tried the sauna they have there and was disgusted at how poorly it is kept! I was able to find shavings of dead skin everywhere, snot on the walls, weird stains plastered all over!
I went to go speak to staff about this and was horrified at the response a Dianne Clarke gave me: "There's nothing wrong with our saunas - maybe you should get your eyes checked, love.' After telling her to follow me so I could point it out, she started abusing me and using foul language and trying to get me kicked out! I was staying at The Olsen when this was happening and was so shocked I even had to tell the concierge about this so that at least this woman can get reported for such poor conduct and behaviour!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

The best spa I have been to the service was outstanding . My experience was very relaxing and fabulous results if your wanting results with the best experience this is the place to be . Highly recommend a visit to such a beautiful space . Will be visiting on a regular basis xxxx

I want to share my wonderful experience I have recently had at Norbu spa. I regularly get massages and tried the endomology plus infrared sauna, wow I'm converted. The next day I bounced out of bed feeling lighter and energised after the lymphatic drainage this treatment promotes. The staff are very knowledgable, friendly and made me feel most welcome. I was an awesome experience and would highly recommend this spa, oh and has free parking too! Thanks heaps I will be back

Treat yourself!!! Beautiful, peaceful & tranquil establishment with great staff (friendly and knowledgeable) and services. Highly recommend the massages and Infra-red Sauna. Then relax with a cup of Well Being Tea or Fruit Water or maybe some Oxygen...You'll leave feeling amazing. Enjoy :)
