I bought a voucher off OurDeal for a double 24 caret gold facial in June for my mum and I to share a pamper experience. I have made contact with 3 people on their contact number over 10 calls over 3 months. Still haven't had a facial. False advertising on ourdeal. There seems to be a second external company/beautician separate to the advertised deal. Have had the european like female voice call and tell me she would get the girl to call me back, then after a month heard from this indian like female voice tell me she would call me on the following monday with an appointment. Never heard from again. That was early September. Another gentleman answered on the weekend two separate times and said he would get someone to call me back. Answering machine left all ours of business day. No ones calls you back. Mon-fri 9-5 no one calls you back.
STAY AWAY...THIS IS EITHER A DODGY DAY SPA OR A BACKSTREET OPERATION. REGARDLESS FALSE ADVERTISING SO HAVE REPORTED TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS.

Went in for a 24caret gold facial voucher i was given as a gift was a bit unsure being a male getting a facial. but the staff made me feel right at home. I left floating on clouds was amazing
