There's so many chemists on Glenferrie rd, but this is the one I always go to. Unlike a few others nearby, the staff are great, so helpful, and not only answer your questions, but give you extra information that you didn't even know you needed to know. I always feel really looked after there.

I have never been treated so rudely in my life. The pharmacist at Terry White at about 6pm today was so rude without any basis whatsoever. She snapped questions at me and was incredibly aggressive. I was already feeling very unwell and this was the last thing I needed. I will never return to this chemist again - foolishly I was trying to support a smaller chain, but next time I will go to the big chain chemist next door where I have never been treated as badly as I was tonight. Disgraceful. I would give zero stars if I could.

My experience this evening with the pharmacist at Terry White Chemist Hawthorn was absolutely appalling. I will never shop there again. The pharmacist was abrupt, aggressive and rude to the point of being insulting. I'm annoyed that I actually completed the transaction and wished I had walked out and gone to the chain next door. Do yourself a favour and avoid in future.
