I have had no dealings with these morons at all yet they they continually call daily, despite request to stop and being on the do not call register. Thank goodness for call blockers. Reported to ACMA hopefully they get fined and put out of business. Total JERKS

Robert Pintar told me that all forms were now completed and all systems go! In fact ten days later, The customer Services Director asks me if all is well! Left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing? Certainly not reading incoming emails. My premium has been stopped, which means that I have got cover, but, What about the $1,041 refund from the old fund? come on! Get your act together.

Your assistance was fine but I have to say that it is a long time since I have had so much trouble changing a provider. My wife's premium was not paid, I kept getting random emails saying the cost was $04pm then $808pm and online $185. Four phone calls to them and I hope it is fixed.
