Excellent menu, quiet attractive dining room, where diners were able to converse easily, lovely sitting area next to an open fuel fire.

Great hotel, staff are friendly and helpful. Laundromat on site so good for long stays. Rooms are spacious modern and clean and have a mini bar.

Nice hotel with friendly staffs! There is a restaurant below that serves good food and wine! The room comes with an attached kitchen and there were espresso machines too. Would come back to stay again when I visit Lanceston!

Clean and modern hotel with good customer service. Parking however has been a major issue. This hotel has over 150-200 rooms but only has about 20 car spaces reserved for hotel guest. This was not mentioned on the website. You cannot reserve a spot before hand, it's a first come first serve basis. Parking is very limited. Beware! You have been warned!

Stayed here over night for a work trip.
Absolutely enjoyed my stay.
The staff were friendly, the room was clean and modern, walked in and the heater and lights were switched on for me already.
Went down to the restaurant for dinner, the service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious!!!
Highly recommended!
